TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This is a MANDATORY form that MUST be completed by the person requesting the services of PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA ; without exceptions in conjunction with completing the booking form and having read the terms and conditions on the website which entails the disclaimer as well.
Correct personal details are to be provided upon booking a service. Should any incorrect or falsified information be provided PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA reserves the right to cancel the preferred service sought by the individual as indicated on the website which clearly describes the various services offered by PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA.
When attempting to make a booking and liaising with the personal assistant ANSU NAIDOO it must be understood that the personal assistant is not in a position to answer personal questions but to guide you in respect of the service that suits your requirements.
Services offered are strictly as per the details on the website and no variance thereof will be entertained by way of telephone calls, video calls, SMS’s, in-person readings with the exception of house, car and business cleansings.
ALL READINGS ARE DONE VIA WHATS APP MESSAGES AND VOICE NOTES. PLEASE READ THE FAQs ON THE WEBSITE
All services undertaken are solely at your own obligation and no other person (3rd party) shall be privy to the details thereof. Should you decide to share this information with others you may do so at your own discretion and indemnify PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA from any untoward circumstances.
The services offered by PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA are of a professional nature and hence no discounts are offered except when specials are offered on an adhoc basis. Once a session or service is commenced NO REFUNDS will entertained.
Once your session has ended you will NOT be afforded another opportunity to message or call in respect of that particular session as PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA is under no obligation to re-address the session just completed. Should you require more insight you are at liberty to make another booking.
Questions relating to affairs between any parties will be not be answered even WITH names of the parties involved. Questions on missing people, murders, lotto numbers, evil or negative intentions, divulgence of names of persons inflicting harm WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA has the capability to successfully remove these negative factors WITHOUT NAMING OR SHAMING THE PERPETRATOR WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA reserves the right to end the session should an individual become insistent, rude and disobedient once the session has begun WITHOUT ANY REFUNDS.
Solutions are offered to whatever is picked up during a session as she goes beyond just a mere reading for a client. Her findings will be reiterated by her for the purposes of finding a solution for her client without any intention of enriching herself. You reserve the right to decline or accept this additional service which attracts an additional fee. Needless to say that should you decline her recommendation of her solution you will bear the consequences thereof. Her recommendations are purely for the purposes of sincerely assisting and guiding you towards the services that best suit your needs WITHOUT the intentions of extorting monies from you.
PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA is blessed with special abilities where she is directed by her guides and your guides; hence you are requested to respect this.
SHOULD YOU MISINTERPRET HER RECOMMENDATIONS AS BEING HER INTENTIONS OF HER ENRICHING HERSELF PLEASE ENGAGE ANOTHER MEDIUM OF YOUR CHOICE.
NO SLANDER ON ANY PLATFORM WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN THIS REGARD and SUCH PERPETRATORS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
Once a session has begun PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA will NOT entertain any disrespect, lies, slanderous behaviour, abuse, profanity or sexual misconduct. Should these occur she will end the session WITHOUT ANY REFUNDS. This also applies to her social media platforms where you will be banned and blocked and bear the necessary legal implications.
Once a session has commenced and a client wishes to end his/her session pre-maturely, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
For the services of house, business and car cleansings a 10%(TEN) deposit is required upfront to secure the booking.
Once these cleansings are performed (in-person in the Johannesburg area) the balance of the fees must be settled in cash immediately to PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA.
When house, business and car cleansings are booked and confirmed and you decide that you no longer require the service your deposit will be forfeited and NOT refundable.
As all professionals duly justify the fees that they charge for their respective gifts it is no different with the work that PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA undertakes.
The purposes of this “TERMS OF AGREEMENT” is to alleviate any misunderstanding or unruly behaviour and to protect both parties in this engagement for the services offered.
Any slander or infringement in the Terms Of Agreement in any form will NOT be entertained by PSYCHIC MEDIUM HURISHA and the perpetrator will be subjected to legal proceedings on an attorney and own client basis.
